These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and eb9 ("eb9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the eb9 online casino and sports betting platform, available at eb9.bio and any associated mobile or web interfaces.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent ban from the eb9 platform.

One account per player: Each person may register and maintain only one eb9 account. If eb9 identifies that a player has opened or is using more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — eb9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Players are prohibited from allowing any other person to use their eb9 account. Account sharing, selling, transferring, or purchasing an existing account is strictly prohibited. eb9 accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances.

eb9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held until compliance is achieved.

Deposits made in error — for instance, depositing into the wrong account or depositing an amount that exceeds your intended sum — are not automatically reversible. Please contact eb9 support as soon as possible in such cases. eb9 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds in all circumstances.

eb9 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

eb9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by eb9 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited betting strategies.
• Operation of multiple accounts (duplicate account detection).
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their eb9 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting eb9 support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner, subject to KYC compliance. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

• Damages arising from your reliance on any information, content, or material published on the eb9 platform.

eb9 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Where any applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted by that law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

eb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eb9 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, providing reasonable advance notice where possible.

The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the eb9 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the eb9 platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and eb9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature relating to the same subject matter.
